Take a tour nowWe might not all be master chefs, but one thing’s for sure: we love to eat. Sharing food is probably the most efficient love language there is, and if you've ever walked into our lounge and found some cinnamon rolls waiting on the counter, you know it's true.
Over the years, our kitchen culture has turned into something uniquely Magnolian. It’s not just about eating (though we’re very good at that). It’s about connection—whether you’re slicing birthday cake, melting cheese for a raclette evening, or puzzling over which bowl of food is the vegan one.

Counter Culture: Where Leftovers Turn to Legends
Let’s start with the heart of it all: the counter. But not just any counter—the legendary Magnolia Lounge counter. It’s the unofficial landing pad for everything from freshly baked cookies to curious culinary creations of unknown origin (if you guessed the delish you see in the picture, bonus points for you). If you ever find yourself unsure how to serve the traditional Andalusian creamy soup, salmorejo, don’t worry—the process is as clear and organized as a well-formatted spreadsheet.
And of course, no one’s left out. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or a devoted carnivore, we’ve got something delicious for you.
Let Them Eat Cake (Especially on Your Birthday)
No one really remembers how it began, but somewhere along the way, it became law- well, an unspoken one: if you bake, you share. If you travel, you return bearing snacks. And if it’s your birthday? You bring the cake. Sweet, thoughtful, and sometimes a little sticky, it reminds us that someone cared enough to share a slice of their day.
From homemade masterpieces to last-minute bakery runs, birthday treats are an expression of that sweet sense of belonging you can taste. Yes, we know—that sounded a bit cheesy, which brings us to…

Raclette: Our Cheese-Fueled Welcome Wagon
One of our most cherished traditions is melting cheese in the name of team bonding. During our Newbies week, it’s only right to initiate our new joiners the Swiss way- with a proper raclette. It’s warm, messy, a little smoky, and very delicious. Consisting of potatoes, pickles, and that glorious gooey cheese. It's both a cultural experience and an unofficial HR onboarding step.
Souvenirs from Across the Magnoliaverse
With teams spread across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, Magnolia’s office visits are never just work—they’re snack drops. If someone from the Vietnam office flies over to Zurich, your day gets a boost from dried mango or rich Vietnamese coffee. London? Get ready for a stash of classic British biscuits to elevate your afternoon tea. It’s like a potluck postcard from the whole company.

More Than Just Food
Yes, we love food. But what we really love is what it brings out in people: curiosity, generosity, and community. At Magnolia, cooking with and for each other isn’t just a charming tradition; it’s woven into the way we work, collaborate, and celebrate the little (and big) things that make us human.
Whether it’s sharing a homemade meal, swapping recipes from different corners of the world, or just gathering around the counter for a slice of cake and a good laugh, food is how we connect. It breaks down walls, starts conversations, and reminds us we’re all in this together.
Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’ve got a grill to fire up and stories to share.
