The MyISDIN employee platform
ISDIN created MyISDIN with Magnolia and Seidor to replace their old intranet, which lacked interactivity and a sense of community. Magnolia was chosen for its modularity, customization, and strong internal communication features, enabling a platform that aligns with ISDIN’s purpose of inspiring health, happiness, and beauty. Unlike traditional HR tools, MyISDIN serves as a holistic employee community, fostering engagement, simplifying processes, and aligning personal and corporate goals while offering intuitive design, relevant content, and seamless integrations.
The Challenge

As a leading company in the Pharma & Biotech industry with a rapidly expanding global footprint, ISDIN faced the challenge of connecting its diverse and widespread workforce. The company had developed an MVP to test employee needs but required a powerful technology platform to scale this vision. Their existing setup lacked a centralized communication system and made it difficult to achieve their goal of building a seamless Authenticated Portal. This fragmentation created a disconnected employee experience and meant that integrating with essential satellite systems like SAP and SuccessFactors was slow and complex, hindering internal agility and the fostering of a unified company culture.

Using Magnolia, ISDIN built "MyISDIN", a comprehensive employee portal. The platform's powerful integration capabilities were critical, enabling ISDIN to connect disparate systems from SAP, SuccessFactors, and Google into one central hub. This solved the problem of a fragmented digital workplace by giving employees a single point of access for all their daily needs, including managing vacations, accessing training, and viewing employee benefits.
